Weekly interior and exterior visual inspections of homes and docks with detailed digital reports including photos. Proper functionality checks for HVAC, pool equipment, sprinkler systems, water heaters, boat lifts, etc.
Concierge Services
Keyholder services, contractor coordination, mail pickup and forwarding, pre-arrival home prep (groceries, A/C, coordinate cleaning). Post-departure services also available, as well as vehicle checks and maintenance.
